2024 Practice Times, Team suit handout tomorrow starting at 5:30 instead of 5 PM.

Hey Sharks! 

Thanks for a great first practice!! Below is our 2024 Practice Schedule. 

(Reminder: Friday practice times are combined and listed below.)

Please make sure for the safety of all swimmers that you direct your swimmer to the side entrance of the pool (closest to the bathrooms) and refrain from sitting and standing near the area where the swimmers enter the water.  If you feel your swimmer needs some assistance getting in the water, please ask a mentor coach to assist so they are able to become familiar with all of our coaches. Thank you!

2024 Practice Schedule


Preseason Practice: April 22- May 24 (NO Practice May 27th-Memorial Day)
  • Monday-Thursday
    • 5:00- 5:30PM 6 & Under and Shark School (first 2 weeks)
    • 5:30- 6:15PM 7 & 8
    • 6:15- 7:00PM 9 & 10
    • 7:00- 7:45PM 11 & 12;
    • 7:45- 8:30PM 13 & UP
  • Friday
    • 5:00-5:30 PM 8 & under and Shark School
    • 5:30-6:15 PM 9-12
    • 6:15-7:00 PM 13 & UP
Note new time changes: Summer Practice: May 28 - June 14
  • Monday-Friday: Mornings
    • 7:45- 8:30 AM 8 & Under
    • 8:30- 9:15 AM 9-10
    • 9:15 - 10:00 AM 11-12
    • 10:00 -10:45 AM 13 & UP
  • Monday & Wednesday Evening
    • 7:15-7:45 PM all 10 & Under
    • 7:45-8:30 PM all 11 & UP
Invitational Practice: June 17- June 21 (Only for swimmers attending invitational meets)
  • Monday-Friday
    • 8:00-8:45 AM 10 & under
    • 8:45- 9:45 AM 11 & UP
