In order to allow for individual attention and have appropriate instruction we separate swimmers by age groups. Please attend practice for your swimmer(s) age group. The swimmers age is determined by how old they will be as of May 31. Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early so your swimmer can have all their gear ready and not miss any instruction time.

Practice times are available daily. However, there is no minimum number of days or set schedule for your child to practice. We encourage participation as much as possible with your schedule. The coaches will use the practices to determine the best swimmers for relays and strokes other than freestyle. Likewise, meet participation is encouraged, but not mandatory. To be eligible for divisional and invitational meets and end-of-year team awards, a swimmer must participate in two dual meets (the practice meet does not count.)
