I am just going to send one email with the information for both meets, but you can just read the section that pertains to your athletes.

TRINITY:

Trinity will be at the CISD Natatorium just across the highway on Saturday June 22nd and Sunday June 23rd. The meet will start at 8:00AM, and will feature ALL 10 & Under events on Saturday, and ALL 11 & Over events on Sunday.

Trinity has the 3 event bonus rule, where if an athlete has 3 qualifying times, and is swimming those 3 events, they are able to add all other events EXCEPT the 100 Freestyle.

The other time restrictions are that No Times are NOT allowed to be entered in the meet, and an athlete who has the Ponderosa cut in an event cannot swim that stroke in any capacity at Trinity. For example, if your athlete has the Ponderosa cut in backstroke, they cannot swim individual backstroke, or backstroke the medley relay at Trinity.

Entries are $8.00 per event, and the team will cover the relay entries.

The meet runs very well, and there are separate awards for both the silver and gold group through 8th place, meaning a lot of kids receive awards.

PONDEROSA:

Ponderosa will be at the Cy-Fair ISD Natatorium (Same location as Sprint Sizzler) on June 22nd and June 23rd.

Entries are $10.00 per event, and the team will cover all relays.

Ponderosa is a prelims-finals meet. This means that all the athletes will swim in the morning, and the top 16 are given another opportunity to swim for final placings at Finals that evening.

Prelims will start at 9AM on both days, with Finals starting at 5:30.

To enter an event, the athlete must have achieved the qualifying time at either a dual meet, divisionals, or sprint sizzler, time trials times are not accepted.

Saturday will feature the Freestyle, Backstroke, and distance freestyle event, with Sunday being Butterfly, Breaststroke, and the IM.

BOTH:

Entries for both meets are due Sunday, June 16th at noon, with very limited late additions being allowed, BUT this comes with an additional entry fee that the team will not cover. Please RSVP and select your events for this meet on time, I will not add anyone to extra events since you have to pay for every individual race your athletes participate in.

I have attached the Meet Announcements which contain all the details, as well as the time standards. Our pool is a Meter pool, but divisionals will be at a yard pool this weekend.

I have also attached the eligibilty reports for both meets that will detail exactly what meet your athletes are qualified for.
